Management team

Les is the president and founder of Modern Machine. He is heavily involved in the day to day operations of the company, and is open to discuss or quote your project. 

Derek has been with the company since 2005. Growing up within Modern Machine encouraged Derek to go to IPFW and earn his engineering degree. He is now the head of our Engineering Department. He is always available to assist you with any of your project needs. 

Cale has been a full time employee since 2012. He has experience in many different positions within Modern Machine. He knows many different aspects of the business working in Purchasing, Quoting, Customer Relations and Production Management. 

Brad has been with Modern Machine since 2010. He has been involved in the truck and tractor pulling industry most of his life. He is considered one of the top builders in the country and we are proud to have him on our staff. He currently runs the Modern Motorsports division.
